How do I access my completed training?
To view your completed training, under the “My Learning” tab, navigate to the ‘Filter by Training Status’, and select ‘Completed’ instead of ‘Active’.
Why is the status of my completed training still showing as ‘active’?
We recommend that you complete FlightPath’s training on a computer device, ensure your ‘pop up blocker’ is disabled, you have a secure internet connection and are using a compatible browser.
Where can I find the invoice and purchase confirmation for the Perth Airport Induction training?
FlightPath sends the Purchase Confirmation and Tax Invoice to your registered email address at the time of purchase. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.
I have submitted my ASIC or SZA application to the Airport Services Office, when do I get my FlightPath account login details to complete my training?
Once your ASIC or SZA application is successfully processed by the Airport Service Office, FlightPath will activate an account for you and assign the necessary training. Please be aware that this process may take up to three business days.
If it has been more than three business days since you submitted your application to the Airport Service Office and you have not yet received your training, select “ASIC and SZA training enquiry” from the options below and complete the provided form.
I have completed my ASIC training, when can I collect my ASIC card?
Upon the completion of your ASIC application, your employer will be notified via email, along with instructions on how to collect your ASIC card. We recommend following up with your employer for updates on the status of your ASIC application.
