The Skyfields Community
As the businesses who call Skyfields home grow, so too does our diverse community. Our Town Centre is a place where people come together – whether it’s one of our regular market events, coffee with a friend, relaxing under leafy trees at Linear Park or watching the planes from our viewing platform.
We’re focused on creating more exciting opportunities for connection and collaboration with our community. From the employees who commute in and the shoppers who come for Costco and DFO adventures, to local schools, organisations and neighbourhood groups. As well as the residents and families in Redcliffe, Belmont and other neighbourhoods just minutes away.
Discover some of our places and programs, and if you’d like to keep up-to-date with Skyfields’ urban redevelopment projects, please get in touch.
Community Events
Our lunch markets are open to all employees and businesses across the Estate. Held monthly March through November at Linear Park, bring your colleagues along for tasty food trucks, barista coffee, market stalls and live music under the trees.
Next up: Christmas Markets, Thursday 27 November
Deadspace Arts Collective
What happens when art, property and airports come together? A positive collaboration with ongoing community benefit – as Skyfields discovered when we invited WA artists to take over a 2.8 hectare industrial site. Discover more about the Deadspace collective.

Open 6.30am – 7pm (October through March) and 7.30am – 5.30pm (April through September).
Linear Park
With outdoor seating, exercise equipment and cafes nearby, Linear Park is the perfect spot for some fresh air.
It hosts regular Skyfields community markets, and barbeque facilities are available for private office gatherings - to book, please contact Aishling Waldron.
Kwenda Marlark Wetland Walk Trails
Located within the Industrial & Logistics Precinct, the Kwenda Marlark Wetland Conservation Area is the setting for walking trails where you can spot habitat regulars such as bandicoots, frogs and scorpions. Regular school tree planting programs happen at Kwenda Marlark and students learn about caring for the environment by helping to revegetate bushland, as well as local Aboriginal heritage.
