Perth Airport is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Lead Consultant for Perth’s New Terminal.

As part of its consolidation efforts, Perth Airport has commenced planning for a new terminal consisting of a new domestic terminal, an expansion of the current Terminal 1 international Terminal and associated contact aprons (the New Terminal) and supporting remote airfield infrastructure (FIT-r Airfield).  The New Terminal will function as a hub for Qantas operations and will also support the growth of other international services in Airport Central.

The goal is to deliver a next-generation facility that not only meets airline service requirements but also enhances passenger experiences and aligns with the operational and commercial objectives of Perth Airport and its airline partners.

EOI process - how to apply

This is the first step in Perth Airport’s journey to redefine Perth’s aviation landscape. The selection of the New Terminal Lead Consultant will follow a two-stage process, beginning with this EOI stage and followed by a Request for Tender (RFT) involving shortlisted candidates.

By issuing this invitation, Perth Airport marks the commencement of the tendering process for the New Terminal Lead Consultant. EOI submissions will be evaluated to identify a shortlist of up to five (5) companies, who will then be invited to proceed to Stage 2: Request for Tender.
