Somewhere over the rainbow

When arriving into Perth, passengers pass under internationally renowned Sydney artist Nike Savvas’ In Rainbows installation, a fringe of more than 500 multi-coloured, aluminium suspended rods floating above the escalators in the Terminal 1 Arrivals area.  Just stand beneath it and wonder at the rainbows above.

It adds a dynamic experience to the precinct as the viewer moves towards, around and under the work.
