Esperance

There are so many reasons to visit Esperance. The region has beautiful beaches and some of the whitest sand in the world. There is a lot of native wildlife in the area, and visitors may be lucky enough to spot kangaroos relaxing on the sand.

How far is Esperance from Perth?

Esperance is more than 700km from Perth, but the trip will make for a great WA driving holiday. The drive will take more than seven hours, so be sure to take plenty of breaks along the way. Book your car hire from Perth Airport and head south-east on State Route 40, which will take you past attractions such as Wave Rock, and eventually down to the beautiful Esperance coastline.

Cape Le Grand National Park is a popular destination for bush-walking, swimming and camping.
