Tickets to Win Terms and Conditions of Entry
1 General
1.1 Instructions on how to enter the “Ticket to Win” Competition (the Competition) and other details contained within promotional advertisements for the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
1.2 Participation in the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The promoter of the Competition is Perth Airport Pty Ltd (ABN 24 077 153 130) (the Promoter) of Level 2, 2 George Wiencke Drive, Perth Airport WA 6105.
1.4 An Entry that does not, in the opinion of the Promoter, comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
1.5 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including altering the prizes) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
1.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Only Eligible Entrants can enter the Competition.
2.2 An ‘Eligible Entrant’ is someone who is not:
(a) entering the Competition on behalf of another person;
(b) an employee, director or management of the Promoter;
(c) an immediate family member of an employee, director or management of the Promoter, including a spouse, child, parent or sibling;
(d) an employee of a related entity to the Promoter; or
(e) a consultant, or an employee of a consultant, engaged by the Promoter to deliver the Competition.
3 Competition duration
3.1 The Competition will commence at 9.00am AWST on Monday 24 November 2025 (Commencement Date).
3.2 The Competition will close at 3.59pm AWST on Sunday 21 December 2025 (Closing Date).
3.3 The promotional period is between 9.00am to 5.00pm AWST Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 4.00pm AWST Sunday from the Commencement Date to the Closing Date (Promotional Period).
3.4 No late Entries will be eligible to enter the Competition.
4 How to Enter
4.1 To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) visit Terminal 1 Domestic at Perth Airport;
(b) make a purchase at any of the following participating retailers located within Terminals 1 Domestic, to a minimum value of $30 in a single transaction:
(i) AMCAL
(ii) Boost Juice
(iii) Chicken Treat
(iv) Hungry Jack’s
(v) InMotion
(vi) Jerky Co
(vii) Long Neck Public House
(viii) Long Shot
(ix) Rip Curl
(x) The Chocolate Box
(xi) Toby’s Estate
(xii) WHSmith
(xiii) Wine Selectors,
collectively, the Participating Retailers; and
(c) retain a copy of their proof of purchase at a participating retailer,
(i) the original itemised purchase receipt(s); or
(ii) a copy of the Eligible Entrant’s bank statement showing the purchase,
(an Entry).
4.2 At the point of sale, the Participating Retailer will provide the Eligible Entrant with a boarding pass (Boarding Pass) for the Ticket to Win spin-and-win wheel (Wheel), located in the Ticket to Win booth near Gate 50 in Terminal 1 Domestic.
4.3 The Eligible Entrant may then present the Boarding Pass to staff at the Ticket to Win booth and spin the Wheel a maximum of one (1) time. Staff will distribute a prize as indicated on the Wheel to the Eligible Entrant in the form of:
(a) an instant prize (Instant Prize); or
(b) a prize voucher (Prize Voucher).
4.4 Every Eligible Entrant will win a prize (Winner). An Instant Prize is indicated by the text “MYSTERY” on the Wheel segment. A Prize Voucher is indicated by the text on all other segments as outlined in Clause 5.2.
4.5 If a Winner receives a Prize Voucher they must then attend the nominated retailer and present the Prize Voucher to redeem the stated prize prior to the Closing Date.
4.6 The Promoter is not responsible for any failure by a Participating Retailer to issue a Boarding Pass or for any late, lost or misdirected prizes, or for any technical difficulties or unavailability of the prize during the Competition period.
4.7 An attempt to enter the Competition not strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be a ‘Non-Conforming Entry’.
4.8 The Promoter has no obligation whatsoever (at law or otherwise) in respect of Non-Conforming Entries.
4.9 The Promoter may, at any time, take whatever action it considers necessary to verify the validity of Entries or determine whether Entries are Non-Conforming Entries.
4.10 The Promoter may disqualify any Entry, which in the Promoter’s absolute discretion:
(a) is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(b) is incomplete or indecipherable;
(c) is made by an entrant who tampers, or attempts to tamper, with the prize collection process;
(d) is made in pursuit of an unlawful or other improper purpose; or
(e) is made to jeopardise, or attempt to jeopardise, the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
4.11 If the Promoter disqualifies an Entry, that Entry will be deemed a Non-Conforming Entry.
5 Prize details & conditions
5.1 One (1) of 3,807 prizes (‘Prize’) can be redeemed by Winners.
5.2 The Prizes are comprised of:

(a) During the course of the Promotional Period, the Promoter estimates that it will distribute up to 4,000 Boarding Passes to Eligible Entrants.
(b) There are 12 Wheel segments which correspond to the proportion of prizes available. From the Commencement Date of the promotion the segments will be split out with
(i) 4x MYSTERY
(ii) 2x VOUCHER
(iii) 2x NOTEBOOK
(iv) 1x SUNSCREEN
(v) 1x LIPBALM
(vi) 1x BEVERAGE
(vii) 1x CHOCOLATE
(c) If prizing corresponding to a Wheel segment runs out, the segment will be replaced with another segment listed in 5.2(b).
(d) The Promotion commences on the Commencement Date and concludes on the Closing Date. The Promoter may alter these dates at any time without notice.
(e) Participation is limited to one Boarding Pass per Eligible Entrant per eligible Entry.
(f) Prizes are available while stock lasts and may be varied or substituted for an alternative Prize at any time without notice. The total prize pool value will be up to AUD$26,108.80 however the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the Prize is taken.
6 Prize Limitations
6.1 The following limitations apply to the Prizes:
(a) each Eligible Entrant may receive one Prize if they are a Winner; and
(b) a Prize Voucher must be redeemed by no later than 11.59pm Sunday 28 December 2025, the Validity Period indicated on the Prize Voucher (Validity Period).
6.2 The Prize is subject to availability and all other relevant Terms and Conditions.
6.3 If the Prize, or any part of the Prize, becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion substitute a different Prize in place of any Prize referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
6.4 All components of the Prize are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, nor a substitute Prize, or other goods or services.
6.5 Winners are not entitled to any compensation if they are unable to use all or any part of a Prize for whatever reason.
7 Prize draw
7.1 The Wheel will indicate to the Eligible Entrant what Prize they have won. Instant prizes must be redeemed immediately. Prize Vouchers may be redeem immediately thereafter or until the end of the Validity Period.
7.2 The Promoter may request that the Eligible Entrant provide proof of identity and/or proof of purchase as a condition of receipt of a Prize.
7.3 The Promoter will not be liable for any delivery or travel costs associated with collecting a Prize.
8 Indemnity & disclaimer
8.1 All entrants to the Competition release and indemnify the Promoter and all of its related companies and personnel, from and against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the Competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise arising out of:
(a) participation in the Competition;
(b) acceptance of any Prize(s);
(c) participation in any Prize related activities; and/or
(d) use or misuse of a Prize.
8.2 Neither the Promoter nor any of its related companies or personnel, will be responsible or liable to any person:
(a) if, for any reason beyond their reasonable control, any element of any Prize is not provided;
(b) for any loss or damage sustained or incurred if, for any reason, the Competition is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity;
(c) for any loss or damage sustained or incurred arising from late, lost or misdirected Entries;
(d) for any loss or damage sustained or incurred arising from any change in the value of a Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed;
(e) any loss of revenue, loss of production or loss of profit, goodwill or business opportunity or damage to reputation, or any indirect or special loss or damage; for any loss or damage sustained or incurred arising from late, lost or misdirected Entries; or
(f) for any loss or damage sustained as result of the Winner’s breach of the terms and conditions of third parties associated with the Competition.
8.3 Where the Competition is promoted on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any of these social media platforms and Eligible Entrants in the Competition release LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and their associated companies from all liability arising from the Competition.
9 Reserved rights
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from this Competition for any reason whatsoever.
9.2 In all matters, all decisions of the Promoter will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
9.3 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of technical failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or fraud in / to the vending machine and the Competition generally, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect or missed opportunity to participate in the Competition.

Win Flights for Two with Virgin Australia Competition Terms and Conditions of Entry
1 General
1.1 Instructions on how to enter the competition to win a trip with Virgin Australia (Competition) and other details contained within promotional advertisements or online entry pages for the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
1.2 Participation in the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The promoter of the Competition is Perth Airport Pty Ltd (ABN 24 077 153 130) (the Promoter) of Level 2, 2 George Wiencke Drive, Perth Airport WA 6105.
1.4 The prize supplier of the Competition is Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd (ABN 36 090 670 965) (the Prize Supplier) of Level 11, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101.
1.5 All entries to the Competition (Entry) become the property of the Promoter.
1.6 An Entry that does not, in the opinion of the Promoter, comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
1.7 The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including altering the prize) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.

(g) a consultant, or an employee of a consultant, engaged by the Promoter to deliver the Competition.
2.3 Entry is open to Eligible Entrants who have completed all required steps set out in section 4 below.
3 Competition duration
3.1 The Competition will commence at 9.00am AWST on 24 November 2025 (Commencement Date).
3.2 The Competition will close at 8.00am AWST on 22 December 2025 (Closing Date).
3.3 No late Entries will be eligible to enter the Competition.
4 Entry method
4.1 Eligible Entrants must provide their full name and email address.
4.2 Eligible Entrants may submit one (1) Entry during the Competition period.
4.3 Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date to be automatically entered into the draw for the Competition.
4.4 The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected Entries, or for any technical difficulties or unavailability of the entry method during the Competition period.
4.5 An attempt to enter the Competition not strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be a ‘Non-Conforming Entry’.
4.6 The Promoter has no obligation whatsoever (at law or otherwise) in respect of Non-Conforming Entries.
4.7 The Promoter may, at any time, take whatever action it considers necessary to verify the validity of Entries or determine whether Entries are Non-Conforming Entries.
4.8 The Promoter may disqualify any Entry, which in the Promoter’s absolute discretion:
(a) is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

4.9 If the Promoter disqualifies an Entry, that Entry will be deemed a Non-Conforming Entry.
5 Prize details & conditions
5.1 Two (2) Prizes will be awarded to two (2) Winners of the Competition.
5.2 Each Prize is comprised of one (1) Virgin Australia Flight Certificate (Flight Certificate).
5.3 The following limitations apply in respect of the Prize:
(a) each Flight Certificate includes a Return Trip for two passengers in Economy Class (booking RBD class X) to anywhere on the Virgin Australia domestic network from their closest home port.
(b) each Flight Certificate is valued at AUD $1,236.
(c) each Flight Certificate has a six (6) month validity between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026 (inclusive) (Travel Period). The Travel Period cannot be extended. All travel must be completed during the Travel Period. Each Flight Certificate may not be redeemed for flights within the following blackout periods (inclusive):

(d) each Flight Certificate and any booked flight tickets (Tickets) are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed after ticketing) and cannot be redeemed for cash. Tickets cannot be upgraded and will not earn Velocity Points or Status Credits. Tickets are subject to availability on specific flights and in specific booking classes as determined by Virgin Australia
(e) tickets redeemed under each Flight Certificate are valid on Virgin Australia-operated flights only and not code share services or Virgin Australia international long-haul flights operated by Qatar Airways for Virgin Australia. Virgin Australia’s Conditions of Carriage, Flight Certificate fare rules and other policies apply to the Ticket. Virgin Australia’s Conditions of Carriage are online available at http://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/about-us/legal-policies/conditions-of-carriage/ and the Flight Certificate fare rules and other policies are available on the Virgin Australia website.
(f) each Flight Certificate and any booked Tickets may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Flight Certificate or Ticket is sold or used in reach of this condition, it will be cancelled at Virgin Australia’s sole discretion.
(g) for the avoidance of doubt, the Winner is responsible for all other ancillary costs, including but not limited to, accommodation bookings made in respect of the Prize. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurrent in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
(h) the Flight Certificate Prize must be redeemed within the six (6) month Travel Period by contacting the Virgin Australia Prize-winner Department.
5.4 The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in transit or at any destination.
5.5 The components of the Prize are also subject to the standard terms and conditions of Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd ABN 36 090 670 965.
5.6 The Prize is subject to availability and all other relevant Terms and Conditions.
5.7 If the Prize, or any part of the Prize, becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion substitute a different prize in place of any Prize referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
5.8 All components of the Prize are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, nor a substitute Prize, or other goods or services. The Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the Winner not being able to travel.
5.9 The Winner is not entitled to any compensation if the Winner is unable to use all or any part of the Prize for whatever reason.
5.10 Subject to the terms and conditions referred to in clause 5.3 above, if for any reason the Winner does not use a booked Ticket, the Prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
5.11 All other costs and expenses associated with the Prize, beyond the specified Prize components, will be the responsibility of each Winner. Each Winner will be responsible for any and all taxes incurred in relation to the receipt of the Prize.
5.12 The Winner is responsible for ensuring their compliance with all government requirements and travel regulations for departure and arrival.
6 Prize draw
6.1 The Winner of the Prize draw will be randomly selected from the eligible Entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions on 29 December 2025 at Level 2, 2 George Wiencke Drive, Perth Airport WA 6105 (Draw Date).
6.2 The Promoter’s decision will at all times be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7 Winner notification & Prize collection
7.1 The Promoter will notify the Winner of their successful Entry on the Draw Date.
7.2 The Winner must respond to the Promoter within twenty-one (21) days of the date of notification, as instructed in the notification. If the Promoter has not received suitable contact from a Winner within twenty-one (21) days, they are deemed ineligible for the Prize.
7.3 If a Winner is deemed ineligible, the Prize draw and Winner notification process set out in sections 6 and 7 will then be repeated until an eligible Winner is confirmed.
7.4 The Winner will be required to present at the Promoter’s offices (or nominate an agreed proxy to present) to collect the Prize between 9.00am and 4.00pm AWST Monday to Friday, within 4 weeks following notification from the Promoter under clause 7.1 (Redemption Period). The Winner (or the agreed proxy) will be required to sign for the Prize on collection. Alternatively, the Winner can elect to receive the prize over email by providing the Promoter with a valid email address within the Redemption Period. If a Prize is unclaimed after the expiry of the Redemption Period that Prize shall be forfeited by the Winner.
7.5 The Promoter may request that the Winner provide proof of identity, age, and proof of residency as a condition of receipt of the Prize. Proof of identity, age and residency must either be shown in person when the Winner collects the Prize from the Promoter’s offices, or via a video call with the Promoter if the Winner elects to receive the prize over email. The Promoter will not retain copies of any documents relating to proof of identity, age or residency.
7.6 The Promoter will not be liable for any delivery or travel costs associated with collecting the Prize.
7.7 If the Winner elects to receive the Prize via email, the Winner is responsible for providing a valid email address to the Promoter and for ensuring that the email is received by the Winner. The Promoter’s obligations in respect of a failure of the Winner to receive an email which attaches the Prize (regardless of the reason) is limited to allowing the Winner to collect the Prize from the Promoter’s offices in accordance with clause 7.4.
8 Publicity
8.1 It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise the Winner for any promotion or matter incidental to the Competition.
8.2 The Winner agrees to participate in any news or media activity surrounding the Competition and the publication of their name, photograph and Entry on the Promoter’s website, social media sites and other marketing material of the Promoter.
8.3 The Winner may also be required by the Promoter to participate in a photo session and acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use such publicity photos in any medium (including, without limitation, the Internet), and in any reasonable manner it deems fit.
8.4 The Winner must agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes without charge.
9 Indemnity & disclaimer
9.1 All entrants to the Competition release and indemnify the Promoter and all of its related companies and personnel, from and against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the Competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise arising out of:
(a) participation in the Competition;
(b) acceptance of any Prize(s);
(c) participation in any Prize related activities; and/or
(d) use or misuse of a Prize.

10 Reserved rights
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from this Competition for any reason whatsoever.
10.2 In all matters, all decisions of the Promoter will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
10.3 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process. the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of Entries.
11 Privacy
11.1 The Promoter will collect, store and use the personal information provided by Entrants pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
11.2 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition. For example:
(a) personal information may be disclosed to third parties, including, but not limited to, Australian regulatory authorities; and
(b) personal information may be provided to third parties for the purposes of administering the Competition.
11.3 In addition the Promoter uses personal information for related secondary purposes such as performing research and analysis aimed at improving its products, services and technologies.
11.4 The Competition entry page will provide Entrants with the ability to ‘opt-in’ to subscribe to the Promoter’s periodic newsletter and receive other direct communications from the Promoter.
