Growing Town Centre and Office Park

Major transformation underway.

Redcliffe Metro is an integrated retail, business and leisure precinct walking distance from Redcliffe Train Station, and with excellent access via Tonkin Highway and Dunreath Drive. At the heart of it all, the lively town centre features Dunreath Village neighbourhood shopping centre (with Woolworths, Priceline, Dan Murphy's and dining) adjacent to DFO and Costco, catering to millions of visitors each year.

The premium office park includes corporate headquarters and expansive work campuses for blue-chip businesses such as Rio Tinto, Arc Infrastructure and Byrnecut Mining. 

Currently also home to Terminals 3 and 4, the future relocation of Qantas operations to Airport Central as part of the One Airport project will unlock redevelopment opportunities. The aviation infrastructure and logistics warehouses at Redcliffe Metro will be transformed into new commercial hubs and community amenities to support the needs of the office park and local residents.

Dunreath Village

Dan Murphy's is the latest addition to our neighbourhood shopping centre, which also includes Woolworths, Priceline, Sushi Hub and cafes.

Dunreath Village is adjacent to the bustling DFO and Costco retail destinations, offers free parking for shoppers, and is just a short walk from Redcliffe Train Station.

Office Park

Our growing office park has developed into one of Perth's leading suburban office locations, boasting attractive amenities, including end of trip facilities, a gym, a childcare centre and café options. It is where Perth Airport Pty Ltd is proud to base its workforce, along with other leading businesses such as Mader, ARC Infrastructure and Byrnecut Group.

Australia Post

Since 1996, the precinct has been home to Perth's major logistics and distribution centre for Australia Post. Conveniently located adjacent to the airfield, the facility comprises of office and warehouse space across two key sites. 

Star Track

Star Track has situated their main logistics and distribution centre within the precinct since 2001. Adjacent to Australia Post and the airfield, this strategic location offers warehouse, storage and office facilities across two sites. 

Rio Tinto Operations Centre

In 2009, Perth Airport partnered with Rio Tinto to deliver two bespoke office buildings and a state-of-the-art 11,600sqm Operations Centre. The company operates their iron-ore and mining support services out of this Centre. 

McDonald's

Located opposite Costco, McDonald's Perth Airport is proud to be Western Australia's 100th store. The store operates 24/7 and features a McCafé and Children's PlayPlace.

KFC

Hungry travellers and shoppers alike can now enjoy a fried chicken fix at the newly opened KFC, located next to McDonald's on Dunreath Drive.

The store operates from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

IMO Car Wash

T3 and T4

Terminals 3 and 4 are located in the precinct, servicing regional and domestic routes via Qantas, Jetstar, Skippers Aviation, National Jet Express and Maroomba Airlines.
