Highlights:
SPACE TO GROW: A 14,923sqm warehouse with 1,492sqm of office area, 3,200sqm super canopy, pavements and car park. Staff facilities include multi-faith room, first aid, parents' room and quiet room.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: With 150% more bulk storage than the previous Officeworks CFC, the new facility enables faster delivery to customers and stores in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. It has also improved availability and inventory management of tens of thousands of products, with best-in-class robotics and AI-powered solutions.
RAMPING UP WITH ROBOTS: Officeworks in partnership with Infios and Innoware, have integrated 150 solar-powered autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) with the state-of-the-art warehouse management system.
GREEN STAR RATING: Awarded a 4-star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 rating, the facility and its robots are solar-powered by a 100kw rooftop solar PV system. It includes water-efficient irrigation and fixtures, energy-efficient lighting system and vehicle infrastructure, and sustainable equipment such as safety bollards and bins made from recycled plastic.
