Officeworks Distribution Centre

Premier office goods supplier Officeworks opened their state-of-the-art 15,000sqm distribution centre in 2023. The centre features 91 solar-powered autonomous mobile robots, and has doubled the capacity of Officeworks' footprint in WA.

Epiroc

Epiroc is one of the world's leading providers of mining equipment and services. Their Perth operations have been headquartered in Airport South since 2005, encompassing a relocation, major renovation, as well as the construction of a new purpose-built facility in partnership with Perth Airport.

WesTrac

WesTrac is a leading Cat Equipment provider to the construction, mining, and agricultural industries. The company has leased multiple premises in Airport South since 2009, with their facilities spanning manufacturing, distribution of parts and components, storage, repair, rebuild and assembly of mining and construction equipment. 

Cummins

Cummins specialise in diesel and alternative fuel engines and generators, and related components. A long-standing tenant within Airport South, their first premises opened here in 2000, with a second parts facility completed in 2022.

Pacific Energy

In 2021, Perth Airport delivered a purpose-built industrial office and warehouse for Hybrid Systems, a renewable energy service provider now part of Pacific Energy. Spanning over 7,500sqm, the campus has allowed them to expand their services to include design, manufacturing, testing, commission, and servicing of their hybrid renewable energy and storage systems.
