Staff profile: Jane Lothian

Jane’s launch into property management came indirectly after several years in the not for profit sector with Mission Australia. In her very challenging role, she managed a supported accommodation program for families in crisis who were dealing with domestic violence, alcohol and drug issues. When a change in direction was due, property management was the obvious transition. 

After a short stint in residential property Jane then started in commercial property at Central Park in the CBD. Next came Shopping Centre Management which suited her love of all things retail. Her last role, for the past eight years, was General Manager at The Garden Office Park. A dream role for any property manager that allowed her to expand her skill set and apply the knowledge learned to a highly regarded A grade property.

Away from work Jane shares her life with a wonderful family. Romeo, her Maltese Shih Tzu, her partner Michael and his beautiful daughters, Nathalie and Juliet (yes really…….Romeo and Juliet!). They spend a lot of time together and coming from an Italian heritage, enjoy all things food and wine. Jane also enjoys the opera, ballet and cheering on the West Coast Eagles, with her mother-in-law.

Jane hopes to leave a mark on the property team during her tenure and looks forward to enjoying the rest of her contract before discovering what is next.
